Disappointed

Honestly I usually buy all my supplies from this store but I was very disappointed this time. Nail polish is completely damaged and dry. I didn’t open the polish until I decided to use it in my client and saw it was dry. Contacted the store explained them the whole situation and they refused to do exchange the item was it was over their policy time. But how do you supposed to know you don’t want brand new polishes and open them on the same day
