Return Policy
Secret Nail & Beauty Supply is proud of our extensive product line and stands by its quality. If you have a cause to return a bought item, please see the Secret Nail & Beauty Supply Return Policy and Warranty below.
Except in the cases listed below, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products.
Defective item (non electrical products) If a manufacturing defect occurs, contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your package. We can replace a defective item for another if you receive one. Customers may only exchange items of the same type. We will process a refund if the product is out of stock. A Secret Beauty Supply receipt must accompany the damaged item.
Shipping damage: Product damage and shortages must be notified to Secret Nail & Beauty Supply within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged objects must be photographed.
Incorrect items: Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours if you received a product(s) other than the item(s) you ordered.
WARRANTY
Merchandise that is under manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to that warranty. Secret Nail & Beauty Supply provides a 6 month warranty period only for electrical products purchased directly from Secret Nail & Beauty Supply. Where applicable, the remaining warranty is with the manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to products that are damaged from abuse, negligence, or damaged in shipping.
All returns must be presented with a valid Secret Beauty Supply receipt. All other returns are only accepted if in original condition / packaging for a full credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. Discontinued / Specials / Furniture/Clearance items and chemical products excluded.
