Where We Deliver

We primarily deliver throughout Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Services

Orders placed before 3 PM Monday - Friday (Canada Time), excluding public holidays and weekends, will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, provided your payment is processed and stock is available.

Orders placed after 3 PM during weekdays or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Parcels and pallets are generally shipped via next-day courier service (British Columbia, 9 AM - 5 PM). However, we recommend allowing a 2-3 working day window for delivery, as courier services may occasionally experience delays. If you do not receive your order within the 3-day timeframe, please contact us immediately.

For orders outside of Canada, delivery times will vary depending on the country.

Larger deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbor to sign for the delivery.

When placing your order online, you may specify a different delivery address from your invoice address if that is more convenient for you.

Orders weighing under 30kg are sent via parcel service.

Larger orders will be palletized due to their size and weight, such as tables, reception desks, and pedicure spa chairs. Palletized items will be clearly labeled in the delivery tab of each product description.

Flammable Products Delivery

Please note that extremely flammable products are only available for in-store pickup or local delivery within a 15km radius.
